Put bike on lift, remove axle and wheel, calipers, fender, loosen and remove cap and spring, remove tube assembly from triple clamps, pour fluid from fork, cycle as necessary to insure all fluid purged. Theaxle should grab and hold before you reach the 140 to 150 ft·lbs torque spec.
